E-mail: todd.krieger@intersystems.com Education: Todd received a BS in Business Management from Lesley Collect School of Management in 1995 and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 1999. He is an adjunct law professor at Suffolk University School of Law, where he teaches transactional law and practice and co- teaches an advanced technology seminar. Background: Todd is legal counsel at InterSystems Corporation where he works on issues related to intellectual property licensing and other contracts, in addition to the many other legal challenges that emerge in a multinational corporation.. Prior to joining InterSystems, Todd worked at Bose Corporation as legal counsel, addressing a wide range of legal issues including the internet, retail and wholesale distribution, intellectual property, marketing, product development, litigation management, and many others. Todd also worked at Bose in a variety of marketing analysis positions before joining the legal department. |
